For the second consecutive year, Athens Administrators has been voted one of the Top 125 Workplaces in Orange County by the Orange County Register. This year, we were ranked 17th best place to work in the small-sized business category (35-100 employees).
It is a great honor to be recognized as a “Top Workplace.” The business economy in Orange County is robust, and Athens competed strongly with technology companies, insurance brokerages, financial institutions, and businesses from many other industries. Athens Administrators stood out as one of Orange County’s Top Workplaces.
About the Orange County Register’s Top Workplace Survey
This year, 1,188 companies were invited to participate in the competition and be placed in the top 125 spots on the Top Workplaces List. This was the largest number of applicants and the most competitive process in the history of the award. Participating company’s rankings were determined by anonymous survey responses that were electronically distributed and completed by the Orange County-based employees. Every Orange County-based employee was provided the opportunity to participate. The survey posed twenty-two questions about their workplace experience and the leadership of their companies. The company rankings are based on the employees’ responses to these questions.
