With over 23 years of solutions-focused Human Resources experience, Janet provides Athens Administrators with positive change initiatives to select, develop and retain strong organizational talent.
Janet manages the Human Resources department while also working with the leadership team to help them assess and carry out employees continued growth, development and contribution to the company’s long-term success. Her specialties include conflict resolution, employee relations, performance management, coaching, compensation planning, benefits administration, leadership and organizational development, employment law and strategic planning among many other areas.
Janet’s education includes a BS in Industrial Psychology as well as PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, which have laid the groundwork for her expert knowledge in developing and maintaining Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices with effective communication to the company. She provides leadership on corporate programs and is recognized as a partner to management and staff through her solid interpersonal skills.
