About the Orange County Register’s “Top Places to Work” Survey
This year, approximately 180 companies participated in the Orange County Register’s “Top Places to Work” survey. Rankings were determined by cumulative anonymous survey responses, electronically completed by company employees. The survey focused on all aspects of company life, including employee satisfaction, company direction and execution, management, and individual pay and benefits.
