The 2013 Results are in…Athens is One of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area!

We are extremely proud to announce that Athens Administrators has once again been voted one of the Best Places to Work in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times. For the 2013 survey, approximately 500 companies competed for 125 spots on the Best Places to Work list. Athens is ranked as the 13th best place to work in the mid‐size business category (100‐500 employees).

The survey focused on locating companies “where people love to come through the front door each day”. Our position was based on the results of anonymous surveys distributed to 100% of our staff. Participating companies were ranked by their employees based on the following criteria:

  • Internal policies
  • Culture
  • Compensation
  • General Business Practices

Athens inclusion in the 2013 Best Place to Work in the Bay Area list continues a tradition of workplace excellence that has been acknowledged by our inclusion on the list in 4 of the past five years:

  • 2013 = 13th
  • 2011 = 12th

  • 2009 = 36th
