Athens Administrators: Alternative Risk Transfer (ART)

When appropriate, Athens has the ability to share risk alongside captive or group captive owners. The benefit of this risk-sharing structure is that the financial interests of all program stakeholder’s are completely aligned.

Athens Administrators will consider quota share participation under the following conditions

- Existence of comprehensive historical loss information
- Appropriate levels of reinsurance in place
- Athens is/will be providing claim administration services
